Refund Policy

5.1 Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

5.2 Exceptions apply only in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged as a result of transit; or
  • The engraving is incorrect due to an error on our part.

5.3 Any issues must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or error to allow us to investigate and resolve the issue.

5.4 We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates or design details.
