At EngravePro Solutions, all products are personalised and engraved to order. Please review the information below for details on production times, delivery and shipping.

1. Production Times

As all items are bespoke, production begins once your order has been paid in full and all personalisation details have been received.

  • Standard production time is 2–5 working days
  • More complex or bulk orders may take slightly longer
  • If additional time is required, we will contact you before engraving begins

2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders from Nuneaton, Warwickshire and currently deliver within the UK only.

We offer:

  • Free local collection in Nuneaton
  • UK-wide delivery, securely packaged to protect engraved items during transit

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £25
  • Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery updates are supplied directly by the courier.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item and packaging.

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility passes to the customer.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Returns Policy Reminder

Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit; or
  • The engraving is incorrect due to an error on our part
