Order Processing
As many of our products are custom-made and personalised, all orders require processing time before dispatch. Standard processing time is typically 2–5 business days, depending on the complexity and volume of orders.
During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, and wedding season, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible.
UK Shipping
We currently ship across the United Kingdom using trusted courier and postal services.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 business days
- Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days (if selected at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays beyond our control.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping on selected products. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on destination country and customs processing.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
- International delivery delays caused by customs are outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order size and weight
- Delivery location
- Selected shipping method
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.
Personalised & Custom Orders
Because our products are personalised and made specifically for each customer:
- Please carefully review all spelling, dates, names, and custom details before placing your order.
- We cannot be responsible for errors submitted by the customer during ordering.
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to amend the order if production has not yet started.
Delayed or Lost Deliveries
While we work with reliable delivery partners, delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your parcel.
EngravePro Solutions is not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is supplied and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- The damaged item
- Packaging
- Shipping label
We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
