2. Products and Services
2.1 We specialise in engraved and personalised products. All items are made to order.
2.2 Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. Due to the natural variation of materials such as wood and slate, as well as engraving techniques and screen displays, slight differences in colour, texture or finish may occur.
2.3 By placing an order, you confirm that all personalisation details provided, including spelling, names, dates and messages, are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for errors supplied by the customer.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Orders must be placed via our website or authorised sales channels.
3.2 Full payment is required at the time of ordering and before production begins. We accept major debit and credit cards.
3.3 All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout.
3.4 Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended, as production begins promptly on personalised items.
4. Production and Delivery
4.1 Production times vary depending on the product and level of personalisation and will be communicated at the point of purchase.
4.2 Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, seasonal demand or circumstances beyond our control.
4.3 Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
5.1 Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
5.2 Exceptions apply only if:
- The item arrives damaged in transit
- The engraving is incorrect due to our error
5.3 Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and supported with clear photographic evidence.
5.4 We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates or design details.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on this website, including text, designs, logos, images and product photography, is the property of EngravePro Solutions and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6.2 Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent.
6.3 If you submit artwork, logos or text for engraving, you confirm that you own or have permission to use that material and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier issues
- Errors in personalisation supplied by the customer
7.2 Our liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with Section 5.
8. Customer Responsibilities
8.1 Customers are responsible for checking all order and personalisation details before submitting an order.
8.2 Customers agree not to use our products for unlawful, harmful or inappropriate purposes.
8.3 Customers must ensure that any submitted artwork or text does not infringe copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 We take your privacy seriously. Personal information is used solely for processing orders and providing customer service.

10. Governing Law
