Because we use natural stone, every piece is different. The shape, thickness, colour, surface texture and exact measurements will naturally vary from stone to stone.

The size ranges shown are approximate and refer to the stone's longest dimension. We will select an appropriate natural stone from the size category you order.

The stone shown in the photographs is an example. The stone you receive will not be identical.

These natural differences are part of the character of the product and mean that every memorial we create is genuinely individual.

Professionally laser engraved

Your chosen design is permanently laser engraved directly onto the surface of the stone rather than applied using vinyl, stickers or printed transfers.

Each design is carefully laid out to suit the individual shape and available engraving area of the selected stone.

Because natural stone varies in colour, mineral composition and surface texture, the appearance and contrast of the engraving may also vary slightly between stones.

How to order

Select your preferred stone size and enter the personalisation you would like engraved.

Please check all names, dates, spelling and punctuation carefully before submitting your order. Your engraving will be created using the information supplied.

Where necessary, we may adjust the layout, positioning and relative text size to achieve the best result on the individual stone selected for your order.

If your requested wording is unsuitable for the size selected, we will contact you before engraving.

Processing time

Every personalised memorial stone is made to order.

Please allow 3–5 working days for your memorial stone to be prepared and engraved before dispatch.

If the memorial is required for a particular date, please take both our processing time and the selected delivery service into consideration when ordering.

Natural stone is inherently variable. Differences in shape, exact dimensions, thickness, colour, markings, edges, texture and engraving contrast should be expected and are not considered defects.

Stone Size Guide

Our memorial stones are 100% natural, so every stone is individual. Shape, colour, thickness and exact dimensions will vary. The measurements below are an approximate guide to help you select the most suitable size.

Small – approx. 8–11 cm
Ideal for shorter memorials such as a name, brief message, dates or a simple symbol. A discreet size particularly suited to pet memorials, remembrance gardens and smaller spaces.

Medium – approx. 12–16 cm
Provides additional engraving space for names, dates and a meaningful message, with room for a small design or symbol depending on the individual stone.

Large – approx. 16–20 cm
A substantial memorial stone offering a larger engraving area. Suitable for longer inscriptions, multiple lines of text and more detailed personalised designs.

Extra Large – approx. 20 cm+
Our largest option, providing the greatest engraving area for more detailed memorials, longer wording and larger designs. Ideal when you want the stone to create a more prominent feature within a garden or remembrance area.

Please note: As these are naturally formed stones, measurements refer to their approximate overall size rather than an exact manufactured dimension. We personally select a suitable stone for your chosen size and engraving, then carefully position the design to complement its individual shape.
